Three years ago

I thought little of my sleep habits and I had no routine in my diet or exercise. My days were inconsistent. Some days were good, some days were definitely bad, and the bad days would often conclude with a little too much wine in order to “unwind.” It was frustrating, depressing, unstable…

…and it came to a point where enough was enough.

I realized that these habits were sabotaging my life, and what I really wanted was long-lasting purpose and consistent energy. So I made radical changes.

Fast forward to now.

My early mornings begin with meditation and exercise, and my diet is clean and nourishing to my body and mind. Each day I feel refreshed and excited about what is ahead! What were once forced tasks turned into habits, which then turned into joyful, natural routine. It wasn’t easy, but…

…if I can do it, you can too!

 

Personal experience + the finest training

My own journey to wellness is what inspired me to pursue formal training so that I could help others like you. I am certified by The National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching, and am also a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach. This rigorous training has equipped me to channel my passion into affirming people toward action and making long-lasting lifestyle changes.

We will focus on three specific areas: The whys, the hows, and the whats:

    • Why are these goals necessary for focusing on your life’s true purpose?

    • What specific things will improve if you reach these goals?

  • How will you reach your goals?

    • What are your strengths?

    • What internal and external forces propel you forward?

What are some examples of motivations?

There are many reasons to begin wellness coaching or simply pursue a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle. Here are some examples:

  • You do not feel as energetic as you once did, and you want to feel consistently strong and fit each day.

  • You are facing a health issue that is worsened by poor health habits.
