Wellness is the active and empowering process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. As your coach, my goal will be to inspire you as you work toward your optimal wellness. Together, we’ll collaborate as we explore where you are now, reflect on past experience, and define future goals.

Wellness coaching is based on the tenets of motivational interviewing and positive psychology. It's researched backed and scientifically proven to provide lasting lifestyle changes in as little as 12 weeks.

As a Wellness Coach, my goal is to:

  • Be a mindful listener

  • Honor you as being in the driver's seat

  • Explore your past success, knowing you can do it again

  • Create lifestyle change through conversation

  • Help move you toward action

  • Affirm your strengths

  • Explore your goals, motivations, and ambitions

  • Help you grow your mindset for change
